TAM Board of Directors terms run for three years. The following terms are expiring at this General Meeting:
- Vice President
- At-large director
In addition, a new board position has been created to give our community (non-profit) members enhanced representation in our organization. This position, called the Community Member Representative, can only be filled by an employee of a TAM Community Member (non-profit) organization. The community member representative has all the voting rights and authority of an at-large director, with the one exception that they are not eligible to become a Board officer.
- Candidates for officer positions (President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer) must be current at-large directors employed by Full Member TAM organizations in good standing.
- Candidates for at-large director positions must be employed by Full Member TAM organizations in good standing.
- Candidates for the community member representative must be employed by Community Member TAM organizations in good standing.
All candidates standing for election to the Board are required to fill out and return to TAM via email (email@example.com) a completed nomination form (attached here).
The election will be conducted during the General Meeting. Each TAM member organization will have one vote to cast for each of the open positions. Ballots will be collected and counted by Board members not currently up for election and the results will be announced at the end of lunch.
