TAM hosted our annual spring General Membership meeting once again at Turf Valley hotel, located at 2700 Turf Valley Road in Ellicott City, MD 21042. This meeting featured networking opportunities with transit professionals, an update on TAM's activities from our directors, and elections to our board of directors. We also honored 2024 TAM Leadership Award Winner Semia Hackett with a presentation of her award. We also hosted a three-hour workshop on Employee Appreciation, retention, and development. A light breakfast and lunch was provided to all attendees. This event occurred at the same time at the TAM Maintenance Forum.

Election Results

Elections were held to the TAM volunteer Board of Directors in the following positions: Vice President, Treasurer, At-Large Director, and Community Member Representative. The results of the voting were:

Vice President: Roman Steichen of Transit Services of Frederick County (Re-elected)

Treasurer: Kwaku Agyemang-Duah of City of Annapolis (Re-elected)

At-Large Director: Sam Snead of Anne Arundel Transportation (Re-elected)

Community Member Representative: Heather Aguallo of Allegany County HRDC
