Diamond Sponsorship (EXCLUSIVE):

The Diamond sponsorship is intended as a TAM ‘Grand Slam’, allowing a Sponsor to get year-round access and prominence at all major TAM events. You receive a two (2) year membership with TAM, become the prime sponsor of the TAM Conference, the TAM General Meeting, and the TAM Roadeo, along with prime sponsorship at TAM’s Legislative Reception held in Annapolis, MD.  You also receive full exposure amongst TAM Members as follows:

Conference:  Single booth (choice) and one (1) outdoor space (choice) for bus display, 2 full registrations (includes all meals), access to a vendor session on September 17, sponsor logo on TAM website for one (1) year, banner-ad on TAM website for one (1) year, venue banner during the entire event, printed ad on conference bag insert, Banner ad as a sponsor on conference app, choice of promotional literature or a give-away to be included in the TAM conference bags, and attendee list. 

General Meeting:  ½ hour session with attendees during the TAM general membership meeting, venue banner, table signage, and attendee list.  One (1) complimentary registration (includes meal).

Roadeo:  Venue banner during the entire event, signage, announcements, ad in the Roadeo Program Book, and table signage at meal venue.

Legislative Reception: Prime sponsorship at the Annual Legislative Reception in January.

Platinum Sponsorship:

Cost: $5,500

Receive a one (1) year membership with TAM, single booth (choice after Diamond Sponsor) and one (1) outdoor space for bus display , two (2) full registrations (includes all meals), access to a vendor session on September 17, Banner ad as a sponsor on conference app, signage at two breakfast events, recognition throughout entire conference, sponsor logo on TAM website for one (1) year, side-bar ad on TAM website for one (1) year, venue banner during entire event, choice of promotional literature or give-away to be included in the TAM conference bags, printed ad on conference bag insert, and attendee list. 

Gold Sponsorship:

Cost: $4,400 (plus $400 non-member fee)

Single booth (choice after Diamond & Platinum), two (2) full registrations (includes all meals), access to a vendor session on September 17, recognition throughout entire conference, feature as a sponsor on conference app, sponsor logo on TAM website for one (1) year, side-bar ad on TAM website for one (1) year, printed ad on conference bag insert, venue banner during entire event, and attendee list.

Silver Sponsorship: 

Cost: $3,850 (plus $400 non-member fee)

Single booth, two (2) full registrations (includes all meals), access to a vendor session on September 17, signage at one lunch event, venue banner during entire event, feature as a sponsor on conference app, recognition throughout entire conference, sponsor logo on TAM website for one (1) year, and attendee list.

Partnership Dinner Sponsorship (EXCLUSIVE):

Cost:  $3,575 (plus $400 non-member fee). 

Sponsorship of the fun Partnership Dinner with a fabulous menu, held at the fabulous Chesapeake Bay Beach Club.  Ten-minute introduction in front of all attendees, one (1) full registration (includes all meals), access to a vendor session on September 17, feature as a sponsor on conference app, logo on venue banner and on TAM website, signage at the event included, and TAM attendee list.

Awards Lunch Sponsorship (EXCLUSIVE):

Cost: $3,575 (plus $400 non-member fee)

The premier event honoring excellence in Maryland community transportation.  A plated meal held at the general session of the TAM conference. Your rep gets a 15-minute exclusive speaking opportunity at the event. Feature as a sponsor on conference app. One (1) full registration (includes all meals), signage at the event, logo on venue banner & on TAM website.

Picnic Lunch Sponsorship (3 Available):

Cost: $3,000 (plus $400 non-member fee)

The closing gathering of the attendees.  A fun event held at the Inn at the Chesapeake Bay & Beach Club.  Your reps greet people and will have the opportunity to briefly address attendees during the lunch.  Feature as a sponsor on conference app. One (1) full registration (includes all meals), signage at the event, logo on venue banner and on TAM website.

Conference Lanyards

Cost: $4,000 (Exclusive!) (plus $400 non-member fee)

Get exposure to all conference attendees with your company logo on the lanyards. Lanyard design must be approved by conference management prior to production. This sponsorship also includes:

• Logo along with a link to your company website displayed on the conference site
• Post-conference recognition
• Feature as a sponsor on conference app

Bag Sponsorship:

Cost: $3,250 (Exclusive!) (plus $400 non-member fee)

Beer & Snacks for My Buses!

Cost:  $1,250  (plus $400 non-member fee)

A two-hour period when people can visit the buses on display in the parking lot.  Sponsor the beer, soft drinks and snacks. Feature as a sponsor on conference app. Up to 2 sponsors.
