As part of our upcoming Board elections at our General Meeting on May 20, we are seeking nominations from interested TAM members who wish to serve on our volunteer Board of Directors.

The following positions are up for election:

  • Three At-large directors
  • One Associate Member Director

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Candidates for At-Large Directors must be employed by a TAM Full Member organization in good standing.
  • Candidates for Associate Member Representative must be employed by a Associate member (vendor) organization.

Nominations:

All candidates wishing to stand for election to the Board are required to fill out and return to TAM via email ([email protected]) a completed nomination form (attached here). Nominations must be received by Friday, May 1 at 5 PM. 

You may add additional information, including a resume or bio. Prior to the General Meeting, the Board of Directors shall designate a nominations committee to call for, seek out, review, and nominate candidates sufficient to fill upcoming vacancies. The process of reviewing and nominating such candidates will be done by the Board of Directors. The candidates selected by the Board will be presented to the general membership at least one week before the election meeting, at which time they will be approved or rejected by the voting membership. In the event of rejection of the slate of nominees, nominations will be accepted from the floor.

Elections:

At-large Elections will be conducted by secret ballot at the TAM General Meeting on May 20. The associate member election will be conducted electronically via secret ballot the week prior to the meeting.
